Michael
O'Neil
Michael O'Neil has twenty years of executive experience
in Fortune 200 corporations where he headed a $110 million Strategic Business
Unit, and where he participated in a number of acquisition, divestiture, and
joint venture projects. Mr. O'Neil has been CEO of two mid-market companies,
both of which were sold during his tenure. In recent years he has worked as
a consultant to domestic and foreign firms and entered the M&A industry. Mr.
O'Neil has a B.A. in Economics from Lawrence University and an MBA from Washington University.
