Prospect Qualification
We work with the client to define the criteria for
appropriate prospects. All candidates are screened for both the financial
and management capabilities necessary to complete a transaction and operate
the business.
Negotiation And Closing
AAG will stay with a client
through the process of negotiating the best possible price, terms and
conditions of a sale. As intermediaries, we can often head off and resolve
deal-killer issues. We provide referrals to other skilled professionals
for advice in legal, financial and tax matters. Alternatively, we work
closely with a clients current advisors.
All
of these activities are undertaken with the primary concern of protecting
the confidentiality and financial best interests of the client.
