Consultation
During the initial period of contact, AAG focuses
on determining the needs of the client and on advising the client of the alternatives
available. In the case of an owner, this may mean a recommendation to sell,
find additional financing or another appropriate alternative.
Evaluation
For a potential seller, we provide a comprehensive Business
Evaluation for determining the Fair Market Value for the sale of the business.
Accepted analytical techniques and market comparable data are utilized. We
combine these analyses with our professional judgement, acquired through our
daily involvement in the M&A marketplace.
Marketing
AAG will prepare a complete marketing
package, including both an Introductory Offering Profile and a Confidential
Proprietary Information Book.
We will provide extensive exposure to potential buyer candidates
through some or all of the following methods
- AAGs
internal database of buyers, both individual and corporate.
- Discreet
exposure through our affiliate intermediaries across the country.
- Direct
contact with industry buyers selected from several comprehensive data
bases.
- Relevant
print advertising
- Use
of the Internet, with secure postings on our own website and on others
appropriate to a specific business.
